Our Return Policy
Thank you for choosing us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us at contact@bespokevis.com.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. However, if you encounter any technical difficulties in downloading your purchase, please contact us at contact@bespokevis.com within 7 days of your purchase date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Physical Merchandise
All physical merchandise is made to order, so we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for general reasons like a change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, such as a print error or damaged item, we'll happily replace it or offer a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@bespokevis.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate the issue and, if confirmed lost, we'll resend your order at no additional cost. For damaged items, please contact us at contact@bespokevis.com within 30 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damage. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Customer Errors : Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for issues caused by customer errors, such as ordering the wrong size or color.
Shipping Costs : We will cover the shipping costs for replacement items in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or lost/damaged package.
Refunds : If a refund is necessary, it will be issued to the original payment method.

What if I received the wrong item or a damaged item?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at contact@bespokevis.com with your order number and photos of the incorrect or damaged item. We'll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
For lost or damaged packages and defective products, you must contact us at contact@bespokevis.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. For other issues, please reach out as soon as possible.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

How do I get my download?
After it's purchased, the file is available for download in the Order Confirmation page. You will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file.
This link will expire 24 hours after the purchase.
If you click on an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@bespokevis.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address causing it to be sent back to us, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@bespokevis.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@bespokevis.com within a weeks' time with photos of the Damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll Get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
